Monthly plans
If you're on a monthly plan (Indie, Pro, or Agency), you can request a full refund within 30 days of any charge, no questions asked. We won't ask you to fill out a survey, hop on a call, or explain yourself. Just email us and we'll process it.
Annual plans
Annual plans save you two months, and we don't penalize you for changing your mind. You can request a prorated refund at any time during your billing cycle. We'll calculate the unused portion down to the day and send it back to your original payment method.
Free trial
Every CitedSpy plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You won't be charged a cent during your trial, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard with one click. If you forget to cancel, the 30-day refund window still applies.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] with the email address associated with your account. That's it. No reason needed. You can also reach us through the contact page.
Processing time
Once you request a refund, we'll confirm it within one business day. The refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We'll send you a confirmation email with a receipt as soon as the refund is issued on our end.
Exceptions
None. We don't have any catch. No restocking fees, no “only if you haven't used more than X prompts” clauses, no hoops. If you paid us and you want your money back within the windows above, you get it. Period.
