Cancelling your account

You can cancel your account at any time. No questions asked.

How to cancel

1. Go to Settings > Billing.
2. Click Cancel Subscription.
3. Confirm cancellation.

Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

Exporting your data

Before cancelling, you can export your data from Reports > Export All Data. This gives you a CSV with all your tracking history.
