Understanding the dashboard

The dashboard gives you a real-time overview of how your brand appears across AI engines.

Key sections

• Visibility Score - a composite metric showing how often your brand is mentioned and cited across all tracked prompts and engines.
• Mention Rate - the percentage of prompts where your brand was mentioned in the AI response.
• Citation Rate - the percentage of responses that included a link back to your domain.
• Sentiment Breakdown - how positive, neutral, or negative the mentions are.
• Engine Breakdown - see performance per AI engine (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot).

Filters

Use the brand selector at the top to switch between brands. Date range filters let you compare performance across time periods.
